HK Associates was the first account I managed independently. I collaborated with a freelance photographer to source content, which I then used to develop monthly creative direction. I oversaw every aspect of the account, including copywriting, SEO, video editing, community engagement, strategy, analytics, and content curation. I consider this account my first “baby” — it was where I truly learned to take full ownership and bring a brand’s vision to life.

JuJu’s Coffee was the most recent account I managed — and easily the most fun. I attribute much of that excitement to how significantly social media had evolved since my earlier experience in the field. For this brand, I led art direction, content scheduling, analytics, content creation, and copywriting. It was also my first opportunity to focus heavily on video content, which strengthened my video editing skills and gave me hands-on experience identifying and forecasting trends. Plus this job briefly introduced me to the wonderful world of Tik Tok.

This was the first social media account I managed, working alongside the boutique agency Self Help. I oversaw content curation, collaborated on copywriting, and handled community management. In this role, I also gained strong experience in ecommerce and website development, managing backend processes to ensure every product featured in posts was accurately linked to the website to drive sales.
